Gemma Adams

Gemma has been admitted as a Solicitor to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia since 2008, and has completed a Practice Management Course through the Queensland Law Society (QLS).

Between 2008 and 2015 Gemma worked for a number of city and suburban practices in a variety of different areas of law. In 2015 she started GLR Law as a full service general practice with the goal of providing quality legal advice with personalised service. In addition to private practice, Gemma has also had experience in the community legal sector as an advice lawyer.

As an Accredited FDRP (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner), Gemma is available to host and conduct family law dispute resolution (mediation) for parenting and property matters before and during family law proceedings.

Robert Wardle, JP

Robert has been admitted as a Solicitor to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Achieving a distinction in his post-graduate legal studies and upper second honours in his LLB, he has also completed a Commerce degree where he majored in Business, and Information Systems. Robert is currently undertaking a PhD/doctorate, where he is studying responsive regulatory theory and its applications for public policy in the aviation sector.

Having a decade of experience in management and corporate compliance roles, as a Solicitor Robert now mainly specialises in employment law and commercial matters. He is also knowledgeable in regulatory compliance, corporate law, and legal research. Robert enjoys providing advisory services to assist businesses (particularly start-ups and SME’s) in achieving regulatory compliance.

In his spare time, Robert is a private pilot, a hobbyist author, and an enthusiast of academic fields such as naval and military history, city planning, and public policy. He is an Officer and SQN XO in the Australian Air Force Cadets, and volunteers during elections as an AEC electoral officer.

Clive Griffin

Clive has been admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland.

After a long career as a primary school teacher in several rural, regional, city, and metropolitan areas, Clive completed a Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) at USQ and his practical legal training at Distinction standard. He is currently completing the Honours year of his Bachelor of Laws at USQ, with his major research project focusing on the offence of murder by reckless indifference in the Queensland Criminal Code.

In his spare time, Clive enjoys participating in masters swimming, assisting with his grandchildren’s upbringing, reading and running.
